Express Entry is an online system that Government use to manage applications for permeant residence from Skilled Worker. Applications are received from eligible candidates who have been invited to apply to immigrate to Canada based on their human capital factors, skills, experience, and other factors.

This is the application process for skilled workers who want to become permanent residents of Canada and live in Quebec. Quebec has its own rules for choosing immigrants who will adapt well to living there. Applicants are assessed under a different system than Federal Skilled Worker.

Each Provincial Nominee Program offers one or more options for skilled workers. if you choose to immigrate to Canada as a provincial nominee, you must first apply to the province where you wish to settle and complete its provincial nomination process. The province will consider your application based on its immigration needs and your genuine intention to settle there.
